OUR STORY

For nearly half a century, Ravi has cooked for taxi drivers, sheikhs, expats and Sunday families with the same recipes, the same hands, and the same flame that started in Lahore in 1978.

Our clay tandoor has burned charcoal for forty-seven uninterrupted years. Every kebab, naan and tikka touches real fire.

Cumin, coriander, garam masala — roasted, cooled and stone-ground in our kitchen every morning before service begins.

Story Preview

Three generations of one family have stood behind the same charcoal grill, slow-cooking nihari from eleven each night until first light, kneading naan in the same clay tandoor, hand-grinding spices at five in the morning.

The recipes have not changed. The ingredients have not changed. The owners have not changed. The only thing that has changed is the city we cook in, from Lahore to Satwa, Al Nahda Sharjah, and Al Nahda Dubai.
